How do I get an estimate?

Simply fill in the contact page on the website or call us on (727)773-0400. Susanne will come out to your home and explain our services to you and get an understanding of what YOU the customer want in YOUR home. All estimates are FREE with no obligation to book.

Why can’t I get an estimate over the phone?

If you are looking for a regular service it is better for us to see the home as every home is different. We can give a ballpark figure over the phone but the key to giving you excellent customer service is to understand what you require. If however you just need an occasional service then this can usually be estimated over the phone.

Do we need to supply anything?

No, all Royal Maids arrive at your home with all the equipment and products they require to clean the home. The only product we do not carry is bleach. If you would prefer for us to use your products (or bleach) we will gladly do so but do not accept any responsibility for those products.

Do I need to be at home when Royal Maids come to clean my home?

It is your home so if you want to be there then that is fine, but if you cannot be or prefer not to be then the services are supervised and we offer a key security system for times when you are not home.

How do you deal with Pets?

We deal with animals on a daily basis, we will work with you to provide a solution that is best for the pets and our staff.

How do I pay?

You will pay at the time of the clean cash or check. If you prefer to pay via your bank then please inform the office.

Should I leave a tip?

Tipping is at your discretion, not expected but always appreciated.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No.

What if I am not happy with my service?

We guarantee all our work. If you are not happy then please call the office on 727 773 0400 within 24 hrs and we will discuss with you the best way to remedy the situation.

Are you licensed?

Yes we are licensed, bonded, insured and carry workers compensation. Copies of certificates are available on request.

What if I need to cancel for a vacation or change a date of service?

Simply call the office on 727 773 0400 and we will gladly reschedule for you or cancel for your vacation. We do ask you to give at least 48hrs notice of cancellation or change.
